We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester with 2-3 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating test cases and scenarios, analyzing test failures, understanding requirements, and collaborating closely with business analysts and developers. Additionally, knowledge of SQL, API testing, and the ability to contribute to automated testing will be highly valued. Excellent communication skills and soft skills are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
•Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios based on requirements.
•Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies within the software.
•Ensure that testing activities align with business needs and user expectations.
•Analyze test failures to determine the root causes of defects.
•Document and communicate findings to relevant teams to facilitate quick resolution and prevent recurrence.
•Utilize SQL to query databases and verify test results.
•Perform data validation and ensure data integrity in the applications.
•Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure end-to-end functionality
•Work closely with BAs and developers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and quick resolution of issues.
•Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to report progress, issues, and solutions.
•Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
•Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, Age 24-35 years old.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in manual testing of software applications.
- Strong understanding of test case and test scenario creation and their differences.
- Proven experience in requirement analysis and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to query databases.
- Knowledge of API testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with BAs and developers.
- Soft skills including problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
