รายละเอียดงาน
- Gather and analyze user requirements to define system functionalities.
- Design system architecture, workflows, and data models (e.g., Use Case, DFD, ER Diagram).
- Prepare system specification documents and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the developed system meets user expectations.
- Perform system testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications developed using VB.Net and SQL Server.
- Assist with data migration, integration, and system deployment activities.
- Provide technical consultation and post-deployment support to end-users.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in System Analysis.
- Strong understanding of software development processes (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Insurance industry is an advantage.
- Have skill in C#, VB.Net and etc. is an advantage.
