รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage and supervise daily production activities in Sintering and Filter processes.
- Plan production schedules and allocate manpower to ensure timely delivery and productivity targets.
- Monitor machine readiness and coordinate with related departments to prevent downtime.
- Ensure product quality aligns with required standards and support defect reduction initiatives.
- Promote safety, 5S, and continuous improvement within the production floor.
- Prepare and report daily production performance to the Production Manager or Plant Management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male, age 35 years or older
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision (Experience in Sintering/Filter process is a plus
- Knowledge of standard machines: Lathe, Press Brake, Shearing Machine
- Basic knowledge of Heat Treatment and Welding Processes
- Able to communicate in English (basic level)
- Strong leadership, energetic, and able to work well in a team
