- Develop and implement HR development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and oversee training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate with department heads to address training needs.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to enhance employee growth and motivation.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Facilitate talent acquisition and onboarding processes for junior staff and new hires.
- Monitor HRD and L&D metrics and prepare reports on training effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and development progress.
- Stay updated with HRD best practices, industry standards, and legal compliance requirements.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Participate in the development and management of the Competency System, analyze and evaluate personnel development in accordance with the Competency Model framework.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRD functions, especially in employee development or training roles.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs on competency model and skill matrix and OJT.
- Strong understanding of HRD policies and Competency-based Development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively.
