รายละเอียดงาน
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Work closely with business units and IT teams to develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience in Insurance sector or Accounting systems is required.
- Experience in Oracle, SAP is a plus.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong detailing and organizational skills.
- Excellent in analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
