As Chaixi' Leader of Operation & NPD, you will be working full-time on-site. The job will be involved 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability for ChaiXi product 2. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement company policies and procedures. 3. Manage budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring that the organization meets its financial targets. 4. Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to optimize the organization's operations. 5. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders also manage risk and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. 6. Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio, Collaborates cross-functionally to drive the Customer to Concept process to bring new products to market. 7. Identifies marketing opportunities by analyzing and defining the total market, market share, competitor market share, and available market share by product market. 8. Develop, maintain and update new product development “Concept to Customer” process to ensure a group of new concepts/products are available to be introduced and commercialized on an annual basis.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bchelor's degree or Master's degree in Industrial engineering, Operations management or related field.
Work experience in managing a food or beverage production plant before.
Work experience as head of operation, Director of operation or senior operation manager before, preferably within our industry will be advantage.
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience for operations management and products development.
Analytical skills, Timeline and operation management, Team management and strong leadership abilities.
Proven track record of success in managing and improving operations.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial forecasts.
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to operations management.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies also strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in the food & beverage, FMCG and social enterprises industry is a plus.
