1.Oversee and manage the daily transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to retail locations. 2.Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to plan and optimize transport routes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to delivery schedules. 3.Monitor and analyze transport performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). 4.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, implementing best practices in transport operations. 5.Manage relationships with subcontractors and third-party logistics providers, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs). 6.Address and resolve customer complaints related to transport delays or issues, providing timely feedback and solutions.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

4 years in Logistic and Transport Management or related field
Leadership through effective communication and ability to influence outcomes across multiple regional locations
Organizational skills with ability to prioritize under pressure
