รายละเอียดงาน
- Plan, manage, and control the garment production process to meet targets in quality, quantity, and
delivery schedules.
- Supervise workforce, machinery, and materials to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor and control production costs and minimize all process waste.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, QA/QC, and Logistics teams.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for better efficiency and productivity.
- Set, track, and achieve production KPIs. Provide leadership and coaching to production team
members.
- Ensure compliance with quality and social audit standards required by international brand customers
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Textile/Garment Technology, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in garment manufacturing, preferably for export or international brand customers.
- Strong understanding of quality systems.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Able to communicate in English, knowledge of Burmese language is an advantage. (We are a diverse workplace with Thai and Burmese team members)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
