รายละเอียดงาน• Oversee and manage day-to-day import operations, including customs clearance, documentation, container haulage, and delivery coordination.
• Supervise the Import Customer Service team to ensure accurate and timely service delivery (8 team member).
• Review and verify import shipping documents; coordinate with customs clearance and compliance teams.
• Submit import declarations via NSW system and handle related procedures (e.g., DG NET, import license).
• Coordinate with external parties such as freight forwarders, shipping lines, government agencies (Customs, NSW, etc.), and transport providers.
• Arrange transportation insurance and coordinate with transport providers for truck bookings.
• Monitor and control P&L of import services, as well as manage Accounts Receivable (AR) related to import operations.
• Resolve operational issues and provide professional support to clients and vendors.
• Act as a liaison with the sales, business development, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and strategic alignment.
• Analyze and improve workflow processes to support operational growth and efficiency.
• Summarize and prepare related reports to Management Team
