รายละเอียดงาน
- Set up and control job functions, job descriptions, daily work controls, and milestones.
- Set up the action plan concern with the business plan.
- Coordinate with GM. set business plan.
- Supervise and Control manpower concern with business plan.
- Process improvement for related with business plan and company goal
- Cost reduction to base on with 4M.
- Cooperate with division concern for bring to the company goal.
- Support and Implementation the activities to successful of company policy.
- Evaluate the performance of subordinate.
-Manage and support the development plans for subordinates to ensure professional growth and performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male Age 35-40 years.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and related fields.
- Having 8-10 years up of work experience in production manufacturing.
- Management skill and good personality.
- Good communication & Human relation.
- Good communication in English.
- Able to improving process and analyze problems.
- Knowledge IATF16949, ISO14001,5S,Safety
