CELI (Thailand) is a consulting and admission center for Cleverlearn English Language Institute (CELI) Cebu, a fast-growing international institute based in Cebu, Philippines with offices in various countries across the world.
In 1999, Cleverearn was founded as an American-owned ESL institution in Sta. Monica, California, USA. As part of the Bigfoot Ventures, www.bigfoot.com/oc-bigfoot-ventures.php, it started its Philippine operations as Cleverlearn English Language Institute (CELI) in Cebu City, Ramos Campus in 2005 and has since expanded to Mactan, Cebu on June 2006. Its primary goal started with the sole purpose of building confidence in communication with the use of the English language to Non-English speaking international clients.
CELI Cebu has already catered to many foreign nationals from South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Brazil, Russia and Middle East and more than 30 nationalities. And with the continuous formation of the Asean Economic Community (AEC), CELI Thailand is passionate in supporting its clients achieve his/her English goals.
