-ที่ปรึกษางาน ด้านไอที ,ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ Network, Server, Router, Access point, firewall, Anti virus , VPN, NAS, backup data, ติดตั้งระบบ access control , ติดตั้งระบบ CCTV, ติดตั้งเครื่องบันทึกเวลา -ออกแบบ ระบบ network ในองค์กร รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อหลายสาขา -แก้ปัญหา ระบบ network, computer, laptop, Server, WiFi ฯลฯ -ดูแล อุปกรณ์ ไอที network ตรวจสอบ ให้สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ -ดูแลตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงและการเชื่อมต่อ ให้ใช้งานได้ตามปกติ เช่น ปริ้นเตอร์ UPS ฯลฯ -บริการ Remote desktop โดยไม่ต้องเข้าใกล้ผู้ใช้งาน ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง -ช่วยประสานงานกับ ผู้ให้บริการอื่น กรณีเกิดปัญหาบนระบบ network ,server, เช่น โปรแกรม บัญชี โปรแกรมเงินเดือน ERPฯลฯ ให้คำแนะนำบริการด้าน Cloud และ Software on cloud
