Job Descriptions

• Creating and planning sales strategies, implementing activity plan and coordinating with other teams to make the process smoothly. • Leading and working closely with sales team to ensure achievement of sales team • Developing good relationship with main dealer and seeking new business opportunities to support sales target. • Meeting Sales goals in according to company’s sales projection • Regular conduct market survey, identify new trends and competitors. • Conduct sales skills and training for sales team • Handles other assignment as assigned by the top management

Qualifications

30 Years up, Thai nationality
Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing or related field
At least 5 years solid working experience in Sales and Marketing Manager
leadership and ability to drive sales teams
Highly energetic and result-oriented Have analysis skill, good problem solver, good interpersonal and communication skill
Able to work as a team member and interact effectively with line management
