- หากมีความสามารถในการปรับปรุง พัฒนา กระบวนการผลิตจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- มีความคิด ทะเยอทะยาน อยากพัฒนาตัวเอง แบบคนรุ่นใหม่
- เป็นมิตรเข้ากับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้
- ซื่อสัตย์ จริงใจ ต่อหน้าที่ และ เพื่อนร่วมงาน

- วุฒิ ปวช ขึ้นไปและมีประสบการณ์งานช่างซ่อมบำรุงมาก่อน
