Job Descriptions
•ติดต่อเพื่อวางบิล/รับเช็ค กับลูกค้าของบริษัท วางแผนงานให้กับพนักงานวางบิล-เก็บเงินตรวจสอบรวมทั้งประสานงานฝ่ายขายในการรับชำระหนี้ •จัดทำรายงานการเก็บเงินประจำวันและบันทึกการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า •จัดทำใบเสร็จรับเงิน/จัดทำใบกำกับภาษี และบันทึกรายการรับชำระจากลูกค้า •จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้คงเหลือและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องระบบลูกหนี้ ลูกหนี้เช็คคืนและปัญหาบิลค้างชำระเกินกำหนด •จัดทำรายการกระทบยอดลูกค้า, ธนาคาร และบัญชีอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง •จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงินและปรับปรุงรายการทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง •จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับลูกหนี้คงค้าง •ติดตามหนังสือรับรองการหัก ณ ที่จ่ายจากลูกค้า •ติดตามประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องและบุคคลภายนอก-ปรับปรุงรายการทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง •งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25-30 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี
  3. สามารถทำงานโดยจากปราศจากการควบคุมได้
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบเรื่องตัวเลขและวางแผนการทำงานให้ทันตามกำหนดเวลา
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. ประสบการณ์การทำงาน : 3 ปี
  7. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน AR
  8. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Dynamics B1
