Job Descriptions
Somboon Siasun Tech Co., Ltd. (SST) is a joint venture between Somboon Advance Technology PLC (SAT) and Shenyang Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd. (SIASUN) from China. SST operates a business providing comprehensive System Integration services, including industrial robots, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), smart factories, and the development of automation systems and large-scale production lines.
Job Descriptions:
1. Deeply study and understand the company’s products and automation solutions, including relevant technologies.
2. Identify and analyze customer needs across various industries that have the potential to adopt automation systems.
3. Propose suitable solutions that meet customer requirements by preparing clear and compelling technical and commercial proposals.
4. Provide technical consultation and advice to customers regarding the company’s products and solutions.
5. Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, installation, and after-sales service to ensure customers receive the best solutions and services.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
7. Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other promotional events to expand networks and generate business opportunities.
8. Prepare regular sales reports and related activity updates.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or sales support of automation system solutions or system Integration.
- Strong knowledge of automation system (e.g., PLC, HMI, sensors, robotics, conveyor) and related technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with strong customer orientation.
- Has the strong market pioneering ability, is full of the work passion, has the strong pressure ability.
- Good written and spoken English (Being able to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage.)
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to customer sites.
