Job Descriptions
End-to-End Recruitement process 1.Coordinate hiring activities 2.Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering e-mails) 3.Prepare and post job ads online/offline by use multi channel approach to recruit, and source passive candidates 4.Search resume databases for the most fit candidates 5.Help with resume screening and initial phone screens 7.Schedule interview and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates 8.Greet and assist interview onsite 9.Coordinate for candidate and / or the sources 10.Process background checks 11.Handle records and maintain candidate database 12.Evaluate whish sources bring best candidates and identify key recruiting KPIs 13.Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations) 14.Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, Age 25-35 years
  2. Bachelor Degree or Related
  3. Experiences more than 2 years
  4. Can comunicate English
  5. Computer skill, ( Excell , google form, can create media for job asvertishment )
  6. Good Attitude, Good understanding of recruitment system
