Job Descriptions
- จัดทำเอกสารการตั้งหนี้ต่างประเทศ ใบสำคัญจ่าย บันทึกรายการลงระบบบัญชี เก็บรายละเอียดค่าใช้จ่าย ตั้งค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย และตัดจ่าย ค่าใช้จ่ายล่วงหน้า - จัดทำงบกระทบยอดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคาร - จัดทำเครดิตเงินสดย่อย - จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน ยอดคงเหลือตามบัญชีแยกประเภท กระทบยอด หักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย - จัดทำรายงาน ภ.ง.ด.3, ภ.ง.ด.53, ภ.ง.ด.54, ภ.พ.30, ภ.พ.36 และนำส่งรายงานกรมสรรพากร - จัดทำรายงาน Management Report - รวบรวม จัดเตรียมเอกสาร เพื่อให้ Auditor ตรวจสอบประจำปี - ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆทั้งภายในและภายนอก รวมถึงหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 24-35 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงิน การบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี ในด้านบัญชี
  4. มีทักษะด้าน Microsoft office หรือโปรแกรมบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  5. ความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดและความถูกต้องอย่างมาก
  6. ทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  7. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Navision ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  8. **สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
