Job Descriptions

1. Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse for overall operations. 2. Manage activities of all Warehouse Staffs relating to forecasting, ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing and shipping of parts and products. 3. Manage material handling for raw material. Establish cycle counting program. 4. Manage, Control & Communicate with warehouse team to ensure the work is performed correctly and accuracy. 5. Develop strategic and operational plans and goals. 6 .Work closely with production planning, production control and quality control to achieve company’s targets. 7)Develop tools and processes that continuously improve our operating efficiencies. 8. Review impact of logistics changes, such as customs regulation, routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to marketing section. 9. Manage and monitor logistics related performance (quality, quantity, on time delivery and transportation costs). 10. Ensure all company policies are implemented and followed especially in the area of safety and control. 11. Supervise, coach and motivate staff to achieve company target and objective

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years managerial experience total supply chain management is preferred or in warehousing management and / or materials management.
Well organized and excellent planning and leadership skill and ability to influence other functional teams, result driven and appears to be a good team player.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good command of spoken and written in English would be advantage
