Job Descriptions
As BD Executive for Agriculture Drone, your job will be to support our retail branches in expanding our agriculture spraying drone program across Thailand. A track record and existing experience handling and flying drones is highly desirable. Knowledge in agriculture is a big plus! Based in Buriram with significant travel to client sites.
พนักงานขายโดรนเกษตร งานของคุณคือการสนับสนุนสาขาค้าปลีกของเราในการขยายโครงการโดรนฉีดพ่นทางการเกษตรทั่วประเทศไทย หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานเกี่ยวกับการบินโดรนและหรือมีความรู้ด้านการเกษตร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ!
ประจำสาขาที่ จ.เชียงราย และมีการเดินทางไปยังไซต์ลูกค้า
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ/Responsibility
- Become an expert in agriculture drones, hardware, farming applications and how to promote it to customers (เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดรนเกษตร ฮาร์ดแวร์ แอปพลิเคชั่นการเกษตร และวิธีการโปรโมตให้กับลูกค้า)
- Build new business pipelines and growing a network of local customers in your area (สร้างเครือข่ายธุรกิจใหม่และขยายเครือข่ายลูกค้าในพื้นที่)
- Conduct product demos, trainings and workshops with local farmers, cooperatives, companies, etc. (ดำเนินการสาธิตผลิตภัณฑ์ การฝึกอบรม และการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการกับเกษตรกรในท้องถิ่น สหกรณ์ บริษัท ฯลฯ)
- Manage after-sales and customer relationships (การบริการหลังการขายและติดต่อกับลูกค้า)
- Prepare and present proposals to resellers, distributors and enterprise customers (จัดทำและนำเสนอสินค้าต่อตัวแทนจำหน่าย,ผู้จัดจำหน่าย และลูกค้าองค์กร)
- Support day-to-day retail operations such as opening/closing the store, stock counting, product display, and basic cleaning tasks (การดำเนินงานขายปลีกในแต่ละวัน เช่น การเปิด/ปิดร้าน การนับสต็อก การจัดสินค้า และงานทำความสะอาดพื้นฐาน)
Qualifications
- Experience working in retail and retail operations (มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในธุรกิจค้าปลีกและร้านค้าปลีก
- Several years in technical sales with demonstratable track record of performance (มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นพนักงานขายทางเทคนิค)
- Independent, responsible, and detail oriented to ensure quality service and customer support (บริหารงานได้ด้วยตัวเอง มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความละเอียด)
- Possess a positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt (มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน พร้อมเรียนรู้และปรับตัว)
- Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) a big plus (สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Own a vehicle & willing to travel for customer visits (subsidy provided) มีรถและเต็มใจเดินทางไปหาลูกค้า (มีสวัสดิการให้)
- Experience in agriculture and/or with agriculture drones as drone pilot or user highly desirable (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการเกษตรและ/หรือการใช้โดรนเพื่อการเกษตรหรือบินโดรนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
