Job Descriptions
• Assign production tasks to subordinates. And make sure they can achieve their daily plan. • Create work instruction and relate document to standardize production process. • Defined needs for man, machine, tool, equipment for production line. • Enforce company rules and regulations on all production workers. • Maintain and Implement 5S system. • Implement cost saving and productivity increase project on production line. • Direction and guidance corrective action plan for daily production issue. • Gathering design issues and providing feedback to designers. • Training and coaching subordinates.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Related.
  2. Minimum 10 years direct experience in manufacturing.
  3. Proficiency in Lean & Six Sigma (Green belt certification at minimum).
  4. Experience in ERP software.
  5. Strong project management skills.
  6. Strong leadership skill with ability to manage subordinates.
