Job Descriptions
· Collaborate with business users, IT team and developers to produce new systems.
· Define project scope, system objectives, and requirements with stakeholders and business users.
· Identify business requirements, collect requirements, determine technical and functional implications, and prioritize tasks.
· Define and coordinate testing procedures and come up with test cases to improve quality assurance.
· Translate technical specs into non-technical requirements for the business users.
· Ensure that all processes are documented and that any necessary training is provided.
· Train users on the new operation systems and provide post support.
· Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met.
· Support business users on existing system.
· Preparing costs and benefits analysis on systems
· Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master Degree's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
- 1-3 Years of Experience in Business Analyst / System Analyst / Functional Consultant or related field.
- Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (English, Thai).
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good organizational, time management skills.
- Good negotiation communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to details.
- Hybrid working.
