Job Descriptions
-Taking care of documents and controlling the receipt and disbursement of goods.
- Count and organize materials and equipment inventory under responsibility
- Organize materials and equipment into categories and stock inventory.
- Control the number of raw materials in stock to be sufficient for use. and reduce inventory to reduce company costs.
-Coordination with various departments to disburse materials and equipment according to the plan.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on materials, equipment and inventory.
-Check the stock account every month.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Knowledge of accounting standards
- 3 years of working experiences in accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office skill
- Female, age between 25-35 years old
- Experience in stock accounting will be an advantage
