Job Descriptions
•Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the organization’s maintenance goals and monitoring PM compliance. •Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance. •Provide support and advice during staff recruitment and ensure the proper onboarding and training process. •Communicate policies, procedures, and any updates to maintenance staff or contractors. •Check that every single job is executed on time, to the budget, and without compromising building users’ safety. •Work closely with vendors, outsourced service providers, and contractors to protect the interests of the facility. •Keep an eye on materials and spare parts inventory. •Sets the shift schedule and assignments •Develops maintenance policies and procedures. •Orders tools, supplies, and equipment. •Responds to maintenance requests. •Create a work environment with safety as a high priority •Enforce all health and safety rules and regulations according to local laws and c Hires and manages maintenance workers
Qualifications
  1. Male / Female , Age 30 - 45 years old.
  2. ฺBachelor's degree in Electrical , Mechanical , Electronic
  3. At least 5 years of working experience in Maintenance management.
  4. Good Command of Spoken and Written English.
  5. Emotional intelligence
  6. Leadership qualities
  7. Technical skills
  8. Tech abilities
  9. Knowledge of operational engineering experience
  10. TPM implementation
  11. Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards
  12. Basic understanding of quality improvement methods such as LEAN, Six Sigma
  13. Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Good Documentation Procedures (GDP)
  14. Knowledge and experience of site security operations
  15. Strong interpersonal and communications skills
