Job Descriptions
Responsibilities
- Control, coordinate, and establish commercial terms and conditions in procurement/contract documents.
- Draft technical correspondence, documents, and emails, as well as contracts, in both Thai and English.
- Prepare and revise construction contracts according to standard templates in both Thai and English.
- Prepare various reports to monitor contract risks and insurance.
Qualifications
- bachelor's , Master’s degree in the Faculty of Engineering or related area
- Age: 30-40 years old.
- Have experience in construction contract management for not less than 2 years.
- Good English language skills.
- Excellent computer skills on MS Office
