Job Descriptions
- Conducts weekly meetings with Operations Lead - Conducts exit interview for all ground staffs and analyze reason of leaving (deep down to Hub Level) - Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. - Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HRBP group to develop solutions, programs and policies. - Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. - Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. - Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. - Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training/coaching programs to ensure success. - Drive HR initiatives and projects - Support the organization of new employee orientation, on-boarding program. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. New graduates are welcome
  2. Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and negotiation and data analytical skills
  3. Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
  4. Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization
  5. Experienced in MS Excel, Google suite is preferred
  6. Good command of English
