-Develop and execute strategic organizational development plans aligned with the company's mission, vision, and objectives. -Lead the design and implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention. -Provide leadership and guidance to the organizational development team, ensuring alignment with HR strategies and company goals. -Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational needs, identify gaps, and recommend interventions to drive continuous improvement. -Collaborate with senior leadership and HR stakeholders to integrate organizational development initiatives into overall HR and business strategies. -Champion change management efforts and facilitate cultural transformation initiatives to support business growth and agility. -Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development interventions through data analysis, metrics tracking, and feedback mechanisms. -Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational development and talent management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in organizational development, change management, or related HR functions.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex organizational development projects and initiatives.
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Certification in relevant areas such as Change Management, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development is preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in organizational development practices.
