Job Descriptions
-วางแผนและกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด เพิ่มช่องทางการตลาด Promotion / Event / Marketing Online สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการตลาดและขาย-เช่า -คิดกลยุทธ์สื่อทางการตลาด รวมถึงวางแผน จัดหา สื่อการตลาดทั้ง Online , Offline -ประสานงานกับบริษัทเอเจนซี่โฆษณา เพื่อออกแบบ ผลิตสื่อ และจัดทำกิจกรรมทางการตลาด เพื่อส่งเสริมการปิดขาย-เช่า และสร้างรายได้ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย -ประสานงานกับทีมงานขาย เพื่อผลักดันแผนงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย -งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง
  2. อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบริหารการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. สามารถใช้ MS office, Photoshop หรือโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่ใช้ในการออกแบบสื่อทางการตลาด
  5. หากมีประสบการณ์งานการตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. เป็นสัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี, ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์
  7. ประจำสำนักงานใหญ่
