Senior Industrial Engineer

Job Descriptions
1.ออกแบบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
2.มีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบ Fixture และกำหนดอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ สำหรับใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต
3.ให้คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคให้กับ supplier หรือ external provider
4.ควบคุม มีส่วนร่วมในการซ่อมแซม บำรุงรักษา เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องจักร
5.วิเคราะห์ความผิดปกติของผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการผลิต
6.พิจารณาวิธีการใหม่ ๆ สำหรับการสร้าง การผลิต และนำอุปกรณ์มาใช้ เพื่อทำให้เป็นระบบอัตโนมัติลดจำนวนคน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต และการควบคุมการเปลี่ยนแปลงตาม QMS
7.ปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรหรือกระบวนการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการลดของเสียในการผลิต
8.พัฒนา นำมาใช้ ปรับปรุงระบบการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุจากการผลิต ปัญหาคุณภาพและ Fail safe / Foolproof
9.สนับสนุนกิจกรรมปรับปรุงอัตราการทำงาน (operation ratio) ของเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในการผลิต
10. มีส่วนร่วมในการควบคุมระบบคุณภาพให้ดำเนินการสอดคล้องไปตามข้อกำหนดลูกค้าและข้อ กำหนดกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง ISO9001, ISO45001, IATF16949 and RBA
11.วางแผนและควบคุมผลลัพธ์ (KPI) ของกระบวนการที่ตนเองรับผิดชอบให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย ที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งดำเนินการแก้ไขหากไม่บรรลุเป้าหมาย
12. เป็นผู้นำในการปรับปรุงคุณภาพ (Q) และการลดต้นทุน © ในพื้นที่ ผ่านหลักการทางวิศวกรรม
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
- Proven work experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role more than 3 years.
- Have advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards. Experience for machining process would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities in English is a must required.
- Have a critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Troubleshooting expertise and attention to detail.
