Job Descriptions

1.Run PR issuance report from SAP in order to source potential local vendors to respond to all PR of spare parts and consumable parts. 2.Contact and coordinate with vendors for quotation , specification clarifying ,etc. and negotiate price , delivery term and payment condition for comparison to get appropriated qualified vendors in accordance with procurement procedure. 3.Inform and provide the quotations / specification / and get users's feedback to buyer team. 4.Monitor PO issuance as procurement procedure and update and inform PR/PO status to users. 5.Coordinate with relevant parties for non-conformed prevention and confirm supplier for pre-alert. 6.Yearly vendors evaluation and coordinate with vendors for improvement 7.Coordinate with relevant section and department for improve efficiency of procurement process.

Qualifications

Male/Female, over 28 years old.
Bachelor's degree or above Field of study: Business Management, Idustrial Engineering, or other related fields.
Fluently of Microsoft office
Have experience in material / engineering procurement at least 1 year
Familiar with SAP system, preferred.
Good negotiation ability.
