Job Descriptions
â€Ē Help a manager oversee and maintain ERP system. â€Ē Configure various system components, understand, and formulate problem statements, and develop effective solutions to address technical challenges. â€Ē Ensure the ERP system is configured to meet the needs of stakeholders and departments. â€Ē Provide technical support and training to ERP system users. â€Ē Other assigned tasks such as assisting a manager or a CIO.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in administering ERP systems, and databases.
  3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the technology industry.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Good command of Business English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
