Job Descriptions
1.รับสายลูกค้า ตอบคำถามและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
2.ตอบคำถามเบื้องต้น และรับเรื่องพร้อมโอนสายให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.เสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคารให้กับลูกค้า (ตามความจำเป็น)
4.รายได้ 15,000 - 18,000 บาท (พิจารณาจากประสบการณ์) + ค่ากะ 2,000 บาท
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. และปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร มีใจรักในด้านงานบริการ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- สามารถเริ่มงานวันที่ 1 กรกฏาคม 2568
