1.คีย์ข้อมูลลงในระบบเพื่อเปิดใบสั่งซื้อ
2.ดูแลการจัดซื้อ จัดจ้าง ตาม Category ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
3.ติดตามประสานงานกับ supplier เพื่อวางบิล หรืออื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
4.คีย์ข้อมูลลงระบบ E-Service
ทำงาน จันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 09.00 - 18.00 น.
Qualifications
- วุฒิปวส และปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา (หากวุฒิ ม.6 ปวช. ต้องมีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Word และ Excel ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 6 เดือนขึ้นไป
