Job Descriptions
1. รับผิดชอบงานเรื่องการร่างสัญญา เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจ หรือข้อบังคับในการดำเนินธุรกิจร่วมกับคู่ค้า
2. ตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขสัญญาที่บริษัท มีการลงนามร่วมกับคู่ค้า ที่ร่างโดยคู่ค้า และเสนอแนะการแก้ไข หรือรายละเอียดที่มีผลกระทบต่อผลประโยชน์ทางบริษัท หรือไม่ถูกต้องในทางกฎหมาย
3. รับมอบอำนาจจากบริษัท ในการติดตามกรณีมีการทุจริตอันเกิดจากการขาย
4. ประสานงานกับสถานีตำรวจทำหนังสือแจ้งความ และดำเนินคดี
5. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฏหมายแพ่ง, กฏหมายอาญา, กฏหมายแรงงาน และ/หรือ กฏหมาย กฎ, ระเบียบ, ข้อบังคับ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำสัญญาซื้อขาย, เช่าซื้อ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเงื่อนไขการทำสัญญาต่างๆ
- Good Knowledge of business transaction advice and solving problem skills/ working relate on Regulations ruling and business negotiation skills.
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินคดีต่างๆ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานเอกสารทางคดี
