Job Descriptions
1.วิเคราะห์ความต้องการฝึกอบรม (Training Needs Analysis ) 2.ออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรมฝึกอบรม 3.ดำเนินการฝึกอบรม (Training Delivery) 4.ติดตามผลและประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม 5.จัดการเอกสารและรายงานส่งกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 6.เป็นผู้นำกิจกรรม ตัดต่อ VDO 7.ดำเนินการกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมภายองค์กร
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 25 - 30 ปี เพศชาย
  2. มีทักษะในด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และสามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  3. มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมตัดต่อ VDO และโปรแกรมในการทำสื่อนำเสนอ Capcut
  4. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน และสามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกเหนือจากเวลาปฏิบัติงานปกติได้และการประสานงานเป็นอย่างดี
  5. กล้าแสดงออก สามารถพูดในที่สาธารณะได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
  6. มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน และสามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกเหนือจากเวลาปฏิบัติงานปกติได้
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียดรอบคอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
  8. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
