Job Descriptions
1) Control production team to ensure smooth operation such as manpower arrangement, raw material, and packaging material.  2) Supervises subordinates and provides on the job coaching & feedback and training. 3) Monitors and controls the usage of raw material, packaging material etc., to comply with the standard. 4) Ensures all machines are in proper function, materials are available; plant environments are in accordance with safety regulation. 5) Ensures all team members are strictly adhering to the safety regulation such as wearing the protection equipment etc. 6)ควบคุมการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต 7) ควบคุมการผลิตให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตราฐานของบริษัท 8)ควบคุมดูแลพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต 9) อบรมพนักงานภายในส่วนงาน
Qualifications
  1. Good Myanmar or Chinese or eng or thai or thai communication skills will be advantage
  2. At least 1-5 years production experience in manufacturing
  3. High communication skill and active person, Strong leadership
