Job Descriptions
1. สรรหาคัดเลือกพนักงานเข้าประจำหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ 2. อบรมกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับให้พนักงานทราบ 3. ควบคุมดูแลพนักงานในไลน์การผลิตให้อยู่ในกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัท 4. ควบคุมดูแลบันทึกเวลาการทำงานของพนักงาน 5. ติดตามเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพนักงานประจำหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ 6. จัดทำวางบิลให้กับบริษัทลูกค้าตามรอบที่กำหนด 7. ประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ 8. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 24 - 30 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Ms Office ( Excel ) และอื่นๆได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานบริหารบุคคล
  5. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานกับบริษัทรับเหมาจ้างแรงงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
  8. อดทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ดี ขยันและมีความรับผิดชอบ
  9. มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ สามารถปรับตัวได้กับทุกสถานการณ์
  10. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
  11. มีความรู้ระบบ ISO 9001:2015
  12. มีรถส่วนตัว และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
  13. หากเคยทำงานในบริษัทที่มีสหภาพแรงงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
