Job Descriptions

1.Develop and execute daily and long-term production plans to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements 2.Monitor production workflow and adjust plans to respond to changes in materials, capacity, or demand 3.Collaborate with purchase, production, and QC teams to ensure material readiness and product conformity 4.Manage inventory control and storage systems to maintain accurate stock levels 5.Ensure efficient space utilization and correct stock handling procedures in store and warehouse areas 6.Conduct regular inventory audits and investigate discrepancies 7.Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with logistics teams to meet customer deadlines 8.Monitor transport costs and delivery KPIs for performance improvement 9.Oversee and control the usage and updating of formulas or bill of materials (BOMs) for all products 10.Ensure the accuracy of raw material weights, ratios, and specifications in the production system 11.Work closely with New Model, QC, and production to implement formula changes and new product setups 12.Maintain strict compliance with production standards, traceability, and documentation related to formulas 13.Monitor actual vs. standard formula usage and analyze variances for cost and quality control 14.Conduct time and motion studies to improve production efficiency and Implement process improvements using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies 15.Redesign workflows and layouts for better productivity and safety and Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives 16.Lead and mentor the production control, warehouse, and logistics teams.Ensure staff are trained on production systems, formula handling, and operational procedures 17.Promote a team-oriented and quality-focused culture

Qualifications

Male / Female
Age 30-40 years
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in production control (planning, stores, warehouse, delivery
Skilled in inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics management
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process analysis tools
Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret production data and KPIs
Proven team leadership and interdepartmental coordination skills
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Can communicate in English very well.
