Job Descriptions
1. Develops marketing and creative strategies to promote the organization's services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase to business from the target audience. 2. Manages the implementation of digital marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness. 3. Estabilshes and manages the relationships with search engines and portal sites that are strategically aligned with the digital goals. 4. Tracks usage trends of the organization's websites, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaing impact. 5. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands through a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces and multimedia delivered for the web. 6. Ensures that the organization's website provides up-to-date and comprehensive service information that easily available to existing and potential customers. 7. Responsible for social media marketing and online community management
Qualifications
  1. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, creating content of social/digital media is a plus
  2. Familiarity with Google Analytics, popular keyword research tools, or SEO
  3. Passion and experience with writing online copy
  4. A creative, solution-oriented mindset with experience building engaging campaigns and driving user engagement
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  6. Great attention to detail
  7. Demonstrated leadership experience
  8. Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and intellectual curiosity
  9. Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
  10. Ability to learn and comply with company policies and procedures
  11. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
