-Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets -Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure performance and pipeline development -Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities -Generate and close deals with industrial clients and renewable energy partners -Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery -Coordinate with marketers to implement marketing materials, lead generation campaigns, and promotional activities -Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, forecasts, and recommendations for management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in the solar industry or renewable energy sector.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on sales targets.
Strong understanding of solar technologies, project lifecycles, and energy policy landscape.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings by personal car.
Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analysis.
Experience working cross-functionally and managing external marketing support
