Job Descriptions
-arrangement of car service for company business, visitor, customer. -Controls of Car emergency. -Responsible of Japanese issues including BOI position, VISA re-entry permit, VISA extension, 90 days notification and Work Permit. Assigns job for driver. -Responsible of company cleanliness , organize and control Janitor including payment to PCS. -Guest Accommodation Request ,Ticket and Visa for Business trip. -Responsible of Car maintenance, Car insurance, Tax. , all expenses of Tollway, M-pass, car parking, Car rental, Driver exp. ,etc. and report. -Supports customer /Special Guest for factory visit. -Supports all activities of 3Q6S and welfare committee -Controls and organize Receptionist. -Responsible of canteen vendor , dishwash and garbage. Prepares daily/monthly report to superior. Knows your customer's expectations and drives actions to meet them. -Performs related work as required. - Follows and lead employees to achieve company target.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female
  2. Education:Bachelor of Business Administration
  3. Age : 29 Years old up
  4. 6 years up related field experience
  5. Have Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point skill
  6. Good command of English language
  7. Good Quality mindset ,ability work under pressure
