Job Descriptions
• กำหนดกลยุทธ์ วางแผน และดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย โปรโมชั่นต่างๆ ในช่องทาง Traditional Trade และ Online Channels เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายในช่องทางต่างๆ • จัดทำโครงสร้างราคา วิเคราะห์กำไร ขาดทุน ในการจัดทำโปรโมชั่นทุกช่องทาง • พัฒนาอุปกรณ์ส่งเสริมการขายร่วมกับทีมการตลาด และวางแผนกิจกรรมในช่องทางต่างๆ (POSM) ทั้ง Traditional Trade และ Online Channels • จัดทำ Trade show, event, seminar เพื่อสร้าง Relationship เพื่อทำให้เกิดยอดขาย • จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์ การแข่งขันด้านราคา โปรโมชั่นและพื้นที่ในช่องทาง Traditional Trade และ Online Channels เพื่อเพิ่มการแข่งขัน • ติดตามการเคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่ง วิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง เพื่อสร้างการแข่งขันในตลาดได้ดี • ทำรายงานและสรุปข้อมูลยอดขายเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร • วิเคราะห์ยอดขาย และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคเพื่อปรับกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละช่องทาง • ติดตามเทรนด์การตลาดและเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆสม่ำเสมอ • จัดทำเอกสารและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. ระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, Marketing, Economics หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ในสายงาน Marketing หรือ Trade Marketing หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้ด้านการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Word, Excel Power Point
  4. มีทักษะ Presentation skills
  5. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้และมีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ (ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว)
  6. สามารถปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
