Job Descriptions

- Manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring on-time delivery according to client requirements and expectations - Define project scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget - Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle - Assign tasks and manage the performance of developers and programmers to meet project milestones - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track - Prepare and present regular project reports and status updates to management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in software project management or a similar role
Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus
