Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:
•Monitor network, server, and cloud infrastructure through centralized tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
•Respond to alerts, alarms, and system events in real-time.
•Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for network latency, hardware failures, service outages, and connectivity issues.
•Follow incident response procedures and escalate to Level 2/3 or vendor support when required.
•Track and update tickets within the ITSM system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
•Provide status reports to shift leads or incident managers and assist in root cause data collection.
•Perform routine checks on system health, backups, disk usage, CPU/memory consumption.
•Support scheduled maintenance, patching notifications, and planned downtime coordination.
•Document incident timelines, actions taken, and resolution details for audit and knowledge sharing.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams during critical incidents and provide clear communication updates.
