Sales Coordinator (2-year fixed term contract with possibilities to extend contract or turn into permanent)
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับทีมขาย ลูกค้า และฝ่ายต่างๆ ภายในองค์กรเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ดูแลการจัดเตรียมเอกสาร เช่น ใบเสนอราคาและใบสั่งซื้อ
- บันทึกและจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้าในฐานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำรายงานการขายประจำเดือนหรือรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ และงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิศึกษา คณะการจัดการ การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นๆ
- ประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ขึ้นไป (Sales Coordinator / Sales Support / Sales Admin)
- สามารถตอบคำถามและให้ข้อมูลผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ อีเมล หรือแชทได้อย่างชัดเจนและสุภาพ
- มีวิธีการและทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ใช้เวลาในการตอบคำถามและแก้ไขปัญหาให้รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถเรียนรู้ข้อมูลใหม่ๆ และปรับตัวเข้ากับการเปลี่ยนแแปลงได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
