Job Descriptions

- Research and develop new products based on customer requirements and automotive industry trends. - Plan, execute, and evaluate product testing and validation processes. - Optimize and refine development processes to meet customer specifications and standards. - Communicate and collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements. - Utilize CAD software for product design and improvement. - Conduct performance analysis using appropriate tools and methodologies. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with customer expectations. - Coordinate with internal teams, such as production, quality assurance, and procurement. - Monitor and analyze trends in the automotive industry and emerging technologies. - Propose innovative ideas and solutions to align with market demands.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
0-5 years of experience in R&D or New Product Development in the Automotive industry.
Experience working with international clients is a plus
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD).
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, such as Injection Molding, Stamping, or Assembly.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good in English communication (written and verbal).
Ability to communicate in Japanese (N3 level or higher) is a plus
