Job Descriptions

1. Plan, control and manage procurement to be efficient and in accordance with the company's policy 2. Select quality sellers/distributors and build good relationships with business partners 3. Check and approve purchase orders (PO) 4. Follow up on time delivery of products and services 5. Analyze procurement costs and find effective ways to reduce costs 6. Coordinate with relevant departments such as production, warehouse and accounting departments 7. Prepare reports and submit to executives within the specified time frame 8. Improve and develop procurement systems to be efficient and transparent

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, Food Science, or other related fields.
Have at least 3-5 years of experience in purchasing work at the supervisor level.
Have good negotiation, analysis and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of MRP/SAP and M3 systems will be given special consideration.
Have good computer skills and Microsoft Office.
Have leadership, be careful and have high responsibility.
Good command in english
If you can communicate in Japanese, it will be given special consideration.
Good health
