Job Descriptions

1. Controll machinery and equipment, including control of DCS system. 2. Monitor and manage relevant asset relate, including production process improvement. 3. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to obtain price quotation. 4. Plan and control shutdown maintenance by coordination with relevant. 5. Training plan, retraining to operator and maintain training record. 6. Prepare document relate for Audit internal and external audit.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or other related fields
At least 5 years of experience in machine control / DCS system / maintenance / production process improvement
At least 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader
Knowledge and understanding of machine control systems, including DCS (Distributed Control System)
Skills in planning and controlling Shutdown Maintenance and can coordinate with relevant departments
Able to prepare training plans and follow up on training results of the team
Skills in coordinating with contractors / suppliers to request quotations and manage costs effectively
Skills in preparing documents for internal and external audits (Internal & External Audit)
Ability to improve work processes to increase production efficiency
Good use of computers and basic software
Knowledge of 5S, ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / TPM / Safety will be given special consideration
Good communication skills in English
