Job Descriptions

1. Set up and develop the system to standard FSSC-22000, ISO-14001,PSM and other system as assigned. 2. Control document in the system including updating, issuing document and control their use. 3. Monitor production control system and parameter control per POCA. 4. Coordinate and implement employee training programs and maintain accurate training records. 5. Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audit. 6. Other follow JD section.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in document control, administrative tasks, or coordination of quality/safety management systems such as FSSC-22000, ISO-14001, or PSM.
Experience in employee training coordination or audit preparation is an advantage.
Basic understanding of industrial safety and quality systems.
Strong skills in document management, including updating, issuing, and maintaining control of documents.
Ability to organize employee training programs and maintain accurate training records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document systems.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills; able to work across departments.
Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Basic English communication skills will be beneficial
