Job Descriptions
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Lifecycle Management Specialist, with a focus on CRM retention strategies within the fitness industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior in digital environments and will be responsible for driving increased engagement, reducing app churn rates, and increasing repurchase rates through targeted campaigns and personalized communication strategies. Responsibilities: - Develop an in-depth understanding of various consumer touchpoints within the ownership cycle, with a focus on maximizing customer lifetime value. Lead efforts to drive increased engagement through the reduction of app churn rates and the implementation of strategies to increase repurchase rates. - Identify opportunities for in-app acquisition and retention, and drive digital marketing campaigns to grow customer lifetime value. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer journeys and leverage data insights and analytics to enhance segmentation and targeting strategies. - Elevate lifecycle marketing efforts through the implementation of segment- and trigger-based communication tests and promotional strategies. - Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytics to optimize funnels, lower customer acquisition costs, and increase repurchase rates. - Implement segmentation, targeting, and personalization tactics to improve response and conversion rates across digital touchpoints. - Work closely with key stakeholders to drive personalization initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience for 3-5 years in customer lifecycle management, CRM retention, or digital marketing, preferably within the fitness industry.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  4. Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing ROI analysis.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing platforms.
  7. A passion for fitness and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the fitness industry is a plus.
